All buildings were INFESTED with brown recluse spiders, although the apartment complex denies being aware of any other units having them . Management picks and chooses which residents they favor, this lead to issues in maintenance, move out, and comfort. The gym equipment was poorly maintained and the hot tub was “closed for maintenance” for months. Amenities listed in the contract were taken away while living there / didn’t ever work, yet the rent price was not adjusted to reflect. The apartment itself was nice enough, cheap finishings (like carpet and easily staining / chipping countertops) but if you take care of it, no major issues. Just hope you don’t have to deal with management or maintenance staff.
